1. 2. USERS The access and/or use of this GoKhel portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory in each case.

USE OF THE PORTAL GoKhel provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to GoKhel or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. In said registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION The relationship between GoKhel and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations. For the resolution of any conflict, the parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile. In the event that the user acts on behalf of a legal entity, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, Spain.
